- Budget calculation of the closed financial year
- Budget estimates for the next financial year
- State of the ongoing projects, tenders
- The amount of the new common cost
- Private settlement for your property
Here you have the chance to carry your point, you can vote or veto:
- The individual of the "közös képviselő"- you can change the person here if you are not satisfied with his work
- Vote about renovation (conditions, costs, steps)
- Possible tenders (e.g. for renovations, other projects such as new elevator, free office or parlor in the building)
- Also this is a good opportunity to ask your questions personally, or lodge a complaint if you have any
